Day 24 - Airport, Meiji Jungu and KS Concert

Woke up at 7am and prepared my bags for check out. Decided to drop off the bags at the new hotel before heading to the airport. Took a longer route due to confusion about some stations, but had ample time.

Explored the airport and waited for a friend's arrival. Once he came, we completed necessary tasks and went to redeem our JR pass at Tokyo station. However, poor planning led us to eat sushi instead.

After checking in at the hotel and dropping off our belongings, we visited Meiji Jingu nearby. Despite its proximity, our station was inconveniently located, resulting in a longer walk than expected.

After that we ended in Harajuku, which ended up in Starbucks as everything else was overflowing with people.

We have a small coffee and desert, and he needs to catch some sleep.

I head off towards kichijoji and the Kelly Simonz concert.

Once again I have guest spot.

The concert starts with a few more bands playing some sort of classic rock and neoclassical mixed with Animetal.

My teacher joins me in the middle of his friend's band.

Finally the main event starts, it's as I expected, unbelievable guitar player that imitates Yngwie better that Yngwie.

After the concert we head to Mos Burger and grab a meal before parting our ways as I arrive to Yotsuya.

Walking home is easy as I've been on this street before
