Day 23 - Akasaka Temples & Roppongi

Day 23 - Akasaka Temples & Roppongi

I wake up early to pack my bags and check out of the hotel. The next hotel is in APA Roppongi Six, closer to Akasaka than I thought.

After dropping off my bags at reception, I decide to visit some temples and collect stamps.

I revisit a couple of shrines before discovering two new ones near my previous Akasaka hotel.

One has many as many foxes as I can count, while the other honors a World War II general embodying Bushido spirit.

Afterward, I enjoy a bento lunch and coffee at Roppongi Mall.

Upon fully checking into the new hotel, which feels more comfortable than the last one, I grab my laptop and head to a nearby bookshop-work cafe hybrid. While working with London team on wrapping up projects before vacation, Tokyo Tower catches my eye as an excellent photo opportunity.

After returning my laptop to the hotel room and grabbing my camera, I take pictures of Tokyo Tower from various angles at Roppongi Mall before calling it a night. Tomorrow brings another hotel change and the beginning of holiday adventures.
