Day 21 - Ginza, Yaesu

Day 21 - Ginza, Yaesu

I woke up around 6am and left my house at about 8 or 9. My initial plan was to visit the post office, but I got sidetracked by studies and morning coffee.

I checked out an Arcteryx store with expensive items and took in some views of Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace.

Later, I found a shop called Loft that sold unique items from small creators, amongst the most commercial stuff, including vegan products like chicken nuggets and eggs.

After sending a picture to Yo-sensei, we decided to meet up for coffee near Ginza later to try it out.

I eventually returned home to ship a package and learned how the post office worked. On my way back bought some fruits before meeting Yo-sensei.

After the usual, not doing much with friends, I went to Tsutaya Books where you could enjoy drinks without signing up or paying upfront. The place had various amenities such as monitors, pillows, footrests, chargers for devices, blankets, cereals, nuts etc., making it feel like home.

Katsu joined me later on for dinner at a Korean restaurant where we had Bibimbap dishes along with seafood pancakes before heading over to Takoyaki place for one more drink.

We ended our day early because of work tomorrow – overall it was an enjoyable day doing nothing significant.
