Day 14 - Photography around Tokyo Station

Day 14 - Photography around Tokyo Station

We begin again, as early as possible, having a sandwich from the previous day.

A quick visit to laundry and another seven eleven for more food and coffee.

As the laundry does it thing, I do more studying.

After collecting it all, I decide to go to the Tokyo Station and figure out some JR Pass related things for upcoming trips.

Some success, and I head back to the hotel around 10Am passing by an interesting coffee place called Glitch.

As it's getting warmer on the street,  I close the blinds and focus on a bit of work... it goes on and on.

The hotel cleaning knocks on the door and makes me get out for a while, so I can get some lunch and think about the weirdest code I've ever written, and why its still not working.

I manage to grab a chicken katsu bento from a shop around, as many other restaurants are closed, being another holiday of Golden Week.

I come back and finish the code, it makes me feel relieved and ready to explore more of Tokyo as soon as the sunset is around the corner.

As London wakes up, I have a few meetings, one after another, and notice LINE popping with notifications about a meetup, just around the corner, photographers meetup.

I run to Tokyo Station and join the gang, we go towards one rooftop, and a few more hidden streets, full of izakayas. The meetup is short and sweet, it ends quickly and we decide to stay with a few people left behind at Izakaya.

After a few good rounds of nama (raw beer) and all the meaty goods, everyone catches the rapid express to here or there, I walk home, pass by 7/11 and get another sandwich for tomorrow.

I'm glad that meetup popped up, I wasn't sure about going solo to Odaiba, but also didn't wan't to stay home.

Well, tomorrow Odaiba awaits.
